Any residential dwelling and/or commercial establishment constructed within the corporate limits of the city, regardless of the type of structure, which utilizes natural gas as a part of its heating, cooling, or general operation, is required to use natural gas furnished by Oklahoma Natural Gas Company if the dwelling or commercial building is located within two hundred feet (200') of an existing Oklahoma Natural Gas Company utility line.
