11-1-5: CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS:

A. Plans And Specifications: Plans and specifications of proposed dwellings, homes, buildings, etc., shall be submitted to the code enforcement officer and to the chairman of the planning commission. (1990 Code § 5-114; amd. 2006 Code)

B. Compliance With Zoning Regulations: All construction in the city shall meet or exceed all requirements of the zoning ordinances of the city. (1990 Code § 5-114)
