As used in this chapter, unless the context requires a different meaning, the following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
CHIEF OF POLICE: The peace officer in charge of the Police Department and law enforcement of the City.
CITY OR THE CITY: The City of Lone Grove, Carter County, Oklahoma.
CLERK: The Clerk of the City, including any Deputy or member of the office staff of the Clerk while performing duties of the Clerk's Office.
COURT: The Municipal Court of the City.
JUDGE: The Judge of the Lone Grove Municipal Court, including any Acting Judge or Alternate Judge thereof as provided for by the Statutes of the State and this chapter.
THE JUDICIAL DISTRICT: The 20th Judicial District of the State of Oklahoma wherein the government of the City is situated. (1990 Code § 6-102; amd. 2006 Code)
