This chapter shall govern the organization and operation of the Municipal Court of the City, as put into operation by resolution duly passed on July 9, 1979, and filed in accordance with law as authorized by 11 Oklahoma Statutes sections 27-101 and 27-102. To the extent of conflict between any provisions of this chapter and the provisions of any ordinance of the City, the provisions of this chapter shall control. The Lone Grove Municipal Court not of record shall be operative on and after August 16, 1979. (1990 Code § 6-101; amd. 2006 Code)
