A. Any residential dwelling or commercial building constructed within the corporate limits of the city, regardless of type of structure, shall be required, without exception, to use and accept sewer services furnished by the city, regardless of the purposes the sewer is used for, if the residential dwelling or commercial building is located on a property and a lot line for that property is within three hundred feet (300') of a new or existing city sewer line of any type or nature.
B. All costs and expenses incident to the installation and/or connection of a residence or building shall be borne by the owner. The owner shall indemnify the city from any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be caused by the installation of or the building of a sewer. (Ord. 2008-226, 9-30-2008, eff. 10-30-2008)
