10-1-1: LEASE OF WATER, SEWER:
The water and sewer systems of the city have been leased to the Lone Grove water and sewer trust authority. This authority has power to prescribe the rules and regulations of the water and sewer systems, and the rates to be charged. For utility regulations and rates, see the motions and resolutions passed by the Lone Grove water and sewer trust authority. (1990 Code § 17-101; amd. 2006 Code)
