The city council hereby deems it necessary that any street proposed to be dedicated to the city must follow the procedures set forth in this section:
A. Proposal To Planning Commission: Before a street may be dedicated into the city street system, proposal must first be presented to the planning commission for a recommendation to the city council.
B. Acceptance Required: No street dedication within the city limits may be filed with the city or the county without first being accepted by the planning commission and the city council. (Ord. 148, 11-7-1996)
