A. Approval Of Policy: A drug and alcohol free workplace policy is hereby approved and is hereby ordered implemented in the city.
B. Duties Of Manager: The city manager is hereby directed to take immediate steps to implement the drug and alcohol free workplace policy attached to ordinance 204, the contents of same being incorporated herein by reference, with appropriate notice to all employees as provided therein.
C. Effective Date: The drug and alcohol free workplace policy for the city shall become effective on April 1, 2001. (Ord. 204, 2-20-2001)
