Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter, or who violates, or refuses or neglects to carry out any reasonable order made by the code enforcement officer pursuant to this chapter, shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined or imprisoned as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. The penalties provided for herein shall be in addition to other remedies of the city and aggrieved persons and shall not be construed as exclusive. (1990 Code § 4-170; amd. 2006 Code)
