7-1-3: SWINE PROHIBITED; NUISANCE DECLARED:
It is unlawful for any person to keep swine within the city except in an enclosure awaiting immediate transportation. The keeping or maintaining, or permitting to be kept or maintained, any swine within the city is hereby declared to be a public nuisance. (1990 Code § 4-105)
