6-2-2: DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED; COMPOSITION:
There shall be a fire department, the head of which shall be the chief of the fire department. The volunteer fire department of the city shall be composed of not less than twelve (12) nor more than twenty five (25) members. (1990 Code § 13-201; amd. 2006 Code)
