All buildings, or portions thereof, owned or operated by the city, are hereby declared as nonsmoking areas, and there shall be no smoking at any meeting of any public body created and acting under the charter of the city. The city shall be in compliance with 2003 senate joint resolution number 21, section 1247 1 , and the areas described within are designated as nonsmoking. (Ord. 135, 7-19-1993; amd.
