5-4-9: IMMEDIATE REMOVAL OF VEHICLE OBSTRUCTING TRAFFIC:
Nothing contained in this chapter shall affect the provisions permitting immediate removal of a vehicle left on public property which constitutes an obstruction to traffic. (1990 Code § 8-309)
