A. Administration and supervision of the removal of vehicles or part thereof as provided in this chapter shall be by the chief of police of the city; except, that the removal of the abandoned vehicle or part thereof declared to be a nuisance may be by any other person duly authorized by the chief of police. B. The judge of the municipal court shall have authority to issue all orders necessary to enforce the provisions of this chapter. (1990 Code § 8-308)
