5-1-3: QUARANTINE VIOLATIONS:

It is unlawful for any person to wilfully violate or refuse or omit to comply with any lawful order, direction, prohibition, rule or regulation of the county board of health or any officer charged with enforcement of such order, direction, prohibition, rule or regulation. (1990 Code § 8-603; amd. 2006 Code)
