The processing of the application by the Code Enforcement Officer is not complete until the Code Enforcement Officer has: a) determined the application to be complete, b) determined the permittee is prepared and able to grow personal use medical marijuana in compliance with all applicable laws, c) obtained all other information the Code Enforcement Officer determines necessary to make a decision on whether to approve or deny the permit application, or approve it with conditions, and d) prepared the documentation necessary to support the decision made by the Code Enforcement Officer on the application.
