4-8-5-3: PERMIT NONTRANSFERABLE:
   A.   A permit that has been issued by the Code Enforcement Officer to grow medical marijuana for personal use is nontransferable.
      1.   A personal use residential medical marijuana permit is not transferable or assignable.
      2.   A personal use residential medical marijuana permit is valid only for the owner named on the permit and the location for which the permit is issued. (Ord. 2018-274, 11-19-2018)
