The processing of the application by the Lone Grove Code Enforcement Officer is not complete until the Code Officer has: a) determined the application is complete, b) determined the medical marijuana business is prepared and able to operate in compliance with all applicable laws, c) conducted an inspection of the business, d) obtained all other information the officer determines necessary to make a decision whether to approve or deny the permit application, or approve it with conditions, and e) prepared the documentation necessary to support the decision made by the department on the application.
