4-8-3-11: FEES REQUIRED:

Any application for a commercial medical marijuana permit shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee. The application fee shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for a facility in which marijuana or a similar product(s) is grown. For medical marijuana dispensaries, the application fee shall be the same as for other similar retail businesses. (Ord. 2018-274, 11-19-2018)
