4-8-3-3: COSTS OF INSPECTIONS AND CLEAN-UP:
In the event the City incurs costs in the inspection, cleanup, surrender of plants, or any expense related to a medical marijuana business, the business and responsible person shall reimburse the City for all actual costs incurred by the City. The business and responsible person shall also be responsible for reasonable attorney fees. (Ord. 2018-274, 11-19-2018)
