4-8-3-1: DEFENSE TO PROSECUTIONS:

Compliance with the requirements of this chapter shall not provide an exception, immunity, or defense to criminal prosecution under any applicable law, except in the Lone Grove Municipal Court, for a violation of this chapter as specifically provided herein. (Ord. 2018-274, 11-19-2018)
