4-7-9: CONDITIONS OF OPERATION:
   A.   All adult use or sexually oriented businesses shall be confined to the interior of the building. All business shall be conducted in a manner that eliminates the possibility of observation by the general public either through casual observation while driving past or by viewing through the windows.
   B.   All adult use facilities/sexually oriented businesses shall not sell nonintoxicating beverages or imitation liquors at any time. Said businesses also shall not sell wines, beer or intoxicating beverages. Further, said businesses shall not allow the consumption of said beverages on the premises, including all portions of the property parcel.
   C.   All adult uses/sexually oriented businesses shall prominently display a sign at the entrance to the business within two feet (2') of the door that clearly states the following words: "THIS ESTABLISHMENT SELLS OR DISPLAYS MATERIAL CONTAINING ADULT THEMES. PERSONS UNDER EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE SHALL NOT ENTER." Signs at adult use or sexually oriented businesses may not advertise a "cover fee" or "charge" that shall be credited toward a purchase at any location on the exterior of the building.
   D.   All adult use or sexually oriented businesses shall prominently display their hours of operation. Said businesses shall not operate between the hours of twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight and twelve o'clock (12:00) noon Monday through Saturday. All said businesses shall not be open or sell products on Sunday, which starts at one minute after twelve o'clock (12:01) A.M. Central Standard Time. (Ord. 2006-217, 8-3-2006, eff. 8-3-2006)
   E.   All conditions listed above and any other conditions deemed necessary by the city council of Lone Grove shall be clearly stated as conditions on the business application when granted.
   F.   Persons with prior misdemeanor or felony convictions concerning sexually related offenses or assault behavior shall not be granted a business application for an adult facility. This prohibition shall apply to any person listed on the business application, or listed as an owner or officer of any entity so applying. (Ord. 2006-217, 8-3-2006, eff. 8-3-2006; amd.
