All businesses engaging in "adult uses" or sexually oriented businesses as defined in this chapter shall require a business application from the city of Lone Grove, as defined and administered, that shall be granted only after a public hearing on the application. An application form provided by the city clerk shall be completed and fees paid before any public hearing will be scheduled. (Ord. 2006-217, 8-3-2006, eff. 8-3-2006; amd.
