4-7-2: SCOPE:
This chapter shall apply to all businesses in the city of Lone Grove whose primary or secondary purpose is to sell, distribute or display adult oriented materials through wholesale, retail or other distribution means or who provide adult oriented or sexually explicit entertainment, education or other means of similar communication.
