The city council of Lone Grove, Oklahoma, ordains the purpose of this chapter is to regulate all adult or sexually oriented businesses as identified herein in order to protect the health, safety, general welfare and property values of the citizens of Lone Grove through reasonable and uniform regulation of said businesses throughout the municipality.
