There is hereby created an oil or gas district in the city in which no buildings, structures, or premises shall be used, and no building or structures shall be erected, moved, altered, or repaired, which are arranged, designed, or intended to be used for any purpose other than a use permitted under the regulations of the district within which such property is situated as authorized by this chapter.
