An "oil or gas well" is defined as any single vertical well bore is a well and a single horizontal well bore is a well, i.e., one vertical well bore and four (4) horizontal well bores are equal to five (5) oil or gas wells. Further, a well is defined as one that is drilled inside the city limits of the city of Lone Grove or extends into the city limits of the city of Lone Grove is considered to be an oil or gas well.
