The construction and repair of all sidewalks, curbs and gutters, and driveways across sidewalks, within the corporate limits of the City shall conform to the provisions of this chapter and the rules, regulations and specifications adopted in accordance herewith. The Building Inspector shall inspect the construction and repair of such sidewalks, curbs and gutters, and driveways across sidewalks.
