Whoever violates of fails to comply with Section 1462.02 is guilty of a nuisance per se and/or a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. The choice of penalty is to be determined by the Law Director based on the situation at the time of the offense.
