There is hereby established a fire limit within the City, to be known as Fire Limit No. 1, the boundaries of which shall be as follows: beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Fourth Street with the centerline of North Madison Road; thence southerly with the centerline of North Madison Road and the centerline of South Madison Road to the intersection with the centerline of Center Street; thence easterly with the centerline of Center Street to the intersection with the centerline of Walnut Street; thence northerly with the centerline of Walnut Street to the intersection with the centerline of Fourth Street; thence westerly with the centerline of Fourth Street to the intersection with the centerline of North Madison Road.
