1442.02 INSPECTION OF BUILDINGS AND CONSTRUCTION.

All buildings or portions thereof within the scope of this Building Code and all work or construction for which a permit is required shall be subject to inspection and examination by the Building Inspector or his or her authorized representative in accordance with and in the manner provided by this Building Code.
