If there are two or more violations, each violation shall be considered to be a separate offense. Each week and/or part of a week that a violation occurs or continues after receipt of a violation notice shall be considered a separate offense. The owner or tenant of any structure and/or lot (or part of a structure and/or lot), and any architect, builder, contractor, agent or other person who commits, participates in, assists in or maintains such violation, may each be found guilty of a separate offense and may be subject to the penalties provided in this section.
