Prior to the granting of final approval of the subdivision, the subdivider shall install or shall furnish bond as set forth in Section 1228.09 for the installation of the improvements listed and described in this chapter. All of the required improvements shall be made in full compliance with the specifications for each of the various units of work, as required by the Safety-Service Director, the County Engineer, the County Sanitary Engineer or the County Board of Health, according to the nature of the improvements.
