1220.01 SHORT TITLE.

   This Title Two - Subdivision Regulations, of Part Twelve - the Planning and Zoning Code, shall be known and may be cited as the "Subdivision Regulations of the City of London, Ohio," and shall be referred to herein as "these Subdivision Regulations" or "these Regulations."

1220.02 APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS.

   The provisions of these Subdivision Regulations shall govern the subdividing of land within the corporate limits of the Municipality and in the unincorporated areas within three miles beyond the corporate limits of the City.
