(a) A storm sewage district, known as the Amhurst Meadows Storm Sewage District, is hereby created.
(b) The boundaries of the District are the entirety of the Amhurst Meadows Subdivision as proposed in the preliminary plat and includes all five phases as originally contemplated by the developer.
(c) The general plan as required for this District has been approved by the engineering firm working on behalf of the City as developed by the developer, and such plan calls for yearly maintenance, including, but not limited to, fence maintenance, grass mowing and ditch cleaning.
(d) The Clerk of Council is hereby required to publish a summary of the general plan in a newspaper of general circulation once a week for two consecutive weeks and any interested individual may file written objections to the plan no later than the seventeenth day following the first day of publication in said newspaper.
