1048.09 INDUSTRIAL WASTE SURVEILLANCE CHARGE.

The industrial waste surveillance charge is the payment from the industrial class users for the cost of analyzing the sewage strength test reports submitted by industrial users and to check the reports by periodically sampling and testing the industrial sewage. The amount is included in the industrial volume charge.
