1046.20 ACCESS; RIGHT OF ENTRY BY BOARD OF PUBLIC UTILITIES.

A Pre-Treatment Personnel bearing proper credentials and identification shall be permitted to enter upon all properties for the purposes of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing to ensure compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
