1022.01 SHADE TREE DISTRICT NO.1 ESTABLISHED.

   Shade Tree District No. 1 is hereby established and shall be composed of the following area:

   The public right of way known as South Main Street between High and Center Streets and the public right of way known as High Street between Oak and Union Streets.
