878.14 TRANSFER OF PERMIT.

No permit issued under this chapter shall be transferred or assigned by the named permittee or holder to any other individual or organization, nor shall any permit be displayed on any unpermitted food truck or food trailer. Violation of this section may result in immediate revocation of the permit.
