878.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the regulation, licensure and permitting process for the use of mobile food vending units, referred to herein as "food trucks", in designated areas of the City in a safe and sanitary manner for the benefit of the vendors, the City and the public.
