(a) An adult who is twenty-one years of age or older shall be on a game room or arcade premises and shall supervise the operation thereof at all times during all hours of operation. Security patrols of the interior and exterior of the premises will be provided by the arcade owner if order by the Mayor.
(b) The interior of the arcade shall provide an area for each coin-operated amusement device equal to the size of the device, plus sufficient space for flowage of foot traffic, appropriately arranged to meet the requirements of the Ohio Fire Code, and such interior shall be subject to inspection by, and approval of, the Chief of Fire and Emergency Rescue Services.
(c) No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on the premises of an arcade or game room.
(d) Order and quiet in and about such premises must be maintained at all times in compliance with Chapter 648 of the General Offenses Code and so as not to disturb the public peace.
(e) No person under the age of eighteen years shall be permitted on the premises of an arcade or game room before 4:00 p.m. on any day that public or private grade schools are in session.
(f) Violation of any of the provisions of this section shall be sufficient reason for the suspension or revocation of a license issued under this chapter.
