Each amusement device, up to and including three in number, shall be valid for only so long as the licensed amusement device is owned by the owner listed on such license. Each amusement device license shall be issued for the calendar year listed thereon or the remaining part of such year and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on December 31 of the year for which it is issued.
