452.19 PURPLE HEART PARKING.

(a) In order to honor Purple Heart Recipients, the southernmost parking space on the west side of North Main Street/State Route 56, between High Street and Fourth Street, shall be designated parking for individuals who have received the Purple Heart.

(b) Violations will be fined $75.
