278.07 ADMINISTRATION OF DOCUMENTS; CONTROL OF SYSTEMS.

The Board of Public Utilities is hereby authorized and directed to administer and carry out the provisions of any and all agreements, contracts, trust indentures or other lawful documents pertaining to the Municipal sanitation, waterworks or sewerage systems of the City, and such Board shall have full and complete control on behalf of the City of such several systems.
