(a) The purpose of this policy is to provide for the prudent management of all public funds in accordance with the stated investment philosophy of the Auditor/Treasurer as Fiscal Officer for the City of London. The Fiscal Officer and all staff members will adhere to this policy, Ohio R.C. Chapter 135 and all other applicable laws and regulations at all times.
(b) This policy has been approved and adopted by the Fiscal Officer and a copy hereof has been filed with the Auditor of the State of Ohio.
