The boundaries of the Second Ward shall be as follows:
Lafayette Street starting at the northeast boundary of the City, following Lafayette Street or US Rt. 42 in to Elm Street, south on Elm Street to High Street, High Street east to Walnut Street, south on Walnut to First Street, First Street east to School Street, School Street south to the railroad tracks, following the railroad tracks to the eastern edge of the City, north along the eastern border to Lafayette Street/US Rt. 42.
