The Director may refuse to issue and/or revoke permits required by this chapter if any of the following is found to be true:
(a) The applicant has made a false statement as to any matter in the application;
(b) The applicant, in either his/her current name or a prior business name, has violated any provision of this chapter within the last three years;
(c) The applicant is under eighteen years of age;
(d) The applicant has not complied with all applicable regulations of the City or of any other political subdivision, governmental unit or agency regarding the issuance of a permit or license for mobile food vending;
(e) The applicant has a history of complaints made against it in the City of London or elsewhere in locations where it has operated a mobile food vending operation.
(f) Rejected applicants may request a hearing.
