452.18 PERMIT PARKING.
   Any resident of the downtown Main and High Street district may apply for a permit for parking in the downtown Main and High Street district to park in excess of two hours at a time.
   (a)   Parking permits may be obtained by making application at the London Police Department.
   (b)   The applicant shall provide the following information: name, address, make and model of vehicle, current telephone number.
   (c)   Permits shall expire after 90 days.
   (d)   One permit every 90 days shall be issued at no cost. There is a $5.00 replacement fee for additional permits requested during each 90-day period.
   (e)   Permits shall be displayed in a manner that is clearly visible. Permits shall be displayed on the left front dash of the vehicle.
   (f)   Permits shall not be in effect during periods of street sweeping, snow emergencies, festival and special event parking, and any other times when permit holders are provided notice from the City of London that permits shall not be in effect.
   (g)   Permits may be revoked at the discretion of the Safety Service Director or Chief of Police at any time.
