(a) Each new resident of the City shall register with the Director of Taxation within thirty days of residence in the City.
(b) On October 1, 2016, and every year thereafter, all landlords who rent property within the City shall submit a current list of their tenants, with addresses, to the Director. A penalty of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per year will be assessed for late submission of the tenant list. The Director will notify the landlords in writing of the filing requirement at least thirty days prior to the due date for the annual tenant list.
