The Commission shall work with business owners and property owners who own businesses or properties in the Historic Downtown to do at least the following:
(a) Create a list of needed renovations in Historic Downtown per businesses;
(b) Develop strategies to attract business;
(c) Identify policies and/or regulations that interfere with business;
(d) Create a strategy to deploy targeted resources;
(e) The Commission will, when appropriate, bring recommendations to the full Council for consideration. If an appropriation is deemed necessary, appropriated money will be allocated based on Council approval of the recommendation from the Commission.
